These are the locks:
1. NY/NJ obviously
2. Baltimore, because they want DC but FedEx sucks and is in a bad location
3. Atlanta
4. Miami
5. Dallas
6. Houston
7. LA
8. Santa Clara
Then two out of Philly, Denver, KC, Cincinnati, and Seattle. I'll guess KC and Philly. KC is the middle America representative and Philly is chosen because of its convenient location for Europe more than anything else.
I don't see Orlando, because the stadium is old and low quality. I feel like Foxborough misses the cut because of remoteness and there is no stadium in Boston. Cincy doesn't make sense but I feel like a Midwest market will be picked, so maybe they have a small chance of being the choice instead of KC or Denver. Seattle is a contender but it just depends on if they want a 3rd West Coast location.
Location: Miami (prev. NY, Atlanta, SF, OC and San Diego)

They’ve also hosted the Super Bowl more than any other US city so they are used to hosting premier events (not to mention Formula 1) and since the last time they lost out (1) Hard Rock Stadium has been completely remodeled; and (2) soccer legend David Beckham has become an owner of the Inter Miami MLS team.

The MLS has almost nothing to do with with venue selection.
