Glass houses? How about the legacy of torture against Black suspect by Chicago Police that only bow has been investigated, some twenty years after the fact? Give it a break and let's go back to the topic.

A) Chicago has issues with race relations and so does New York.

Which city had more reasons to build up? The one with lower density or higher? Is the density result of abundance of available land or lack of thereof?

Remember, my conclusion was that New York skyline is a result of a real need while Chicago's a result of megallomania...
I'm the slow one, yet I've been correcting your grammar for the past 60 pages.

Also, higher densities are achieved, for the most part, by building up. My question is that you said earlier that Chicago is a bunch of detached single family homes. You go back and forth so much that you don't even knwo what you're saying anymore. Please, tell us where YOU went to school.

Higher densities are not achieved or planned, they are a result of population growth and the limited amount of land, as in New York.
Chicago's density does not indicate a need for skyscrapers.
