Here's the building I'll be working in as of 4/6. 300 North LaSalle This is going to be a really cool experience in my professional life, being able to experience a brand-new building untouched by previous employees. I've done the tour and it has a new skyscraper smell.
I bet it has the "function" of "making money" with the office space that it rents out! And I'm sure it gets more that it would in Cow-town, I mean Chi-town!.........

So? In comparison to Vegas? Take some ritalin or something and FOCUS.

Who would you rather watch, a "Tony winner" or an "Oscar winner"? Even if we're talking about Broadway. I think most people would agree that an Oscar winner has more allure than a Tony winner. Maybe not as good on stage, but still, to see an Oscar winner, that up close and personal, performing their craft, well, it's a priviledge to say the least. But what would you know?........
If I'm watching a play I'd rather see a Tony winner. That's pretty obvious. But what would you know?

Jordan lives in the Chicago burbs, not the city. As well as Oprah now, I believe.

It's not hard keeping up with you. Especially after Dementor has worn you down, by constantly beating you like a rented mule!....

I'd take a Morgan Freeman over someone I never heard of who might win a "Tony". But what would you know?.....

Thanks for the non-answer, troll. I'm wondering because corporations are always looking for modern amenities.

Dementor 'knocked' you over, you didn't "fall"! Let's not get the two confused here!.....

Is Cow-town, I mean Chi-town, more "modern" than NYC now?...............

You'll have to try harder than that Pittfan. Cow-town. Clever. Keep repeating it ad nauseum.

Chicago also has older buildings that are beautiful, but less attractive to tenants. This is why my firm is moving on up. Open floor plans, more windows and natural light, modern conference rooms. soundproofing, etc. are important to companies who pay the big bucks for a lease. It's a shame but it's the way business works.
