Huge skyline, tiny population? You can hardly find a more extreme example that Atlantic City, NJ which has 40,000 residents and features the Revel casino at 709 feet, second tallest building in the state. 6 of the casinos are 400+ feet tall, 11 more are 300-400 ft. tall. A.C. also has 5 wind turbines each measuring 380 feet right inside the city for a Total of 22 structures over 300 feet, basically one per 5,000 residents. All in 11 square miles of land. Even the MSA is only 275,000 people.

The Minneapolis Metro Area has 3.5 Million people , that makes it a Mid-Size urban area not a small urban area , small urban area's are below 1 Million in population.
