I meant the lights that go in flower beds and line driveway.
Sorry, I should have been more specific.

What I did not like about Suburban Propane was that their contract was like a novel and I had to indemnify them for everything. All the risk was put on the homeowner. I redlined the contract and sent it back. Next thing I know I was on a conference call with their legal counsel. That was not worth my time. It is their tank and their propane. I was not going to indemnify them. Campbell's contract was one page and very straightforward. That made my decision.

I am new to this forum and have no idea how to even post yet, so please excuse me. My husband and I have visited St. James once in the past and may come out again in a month or two. I saw in the newsletter talk of a new area being developed called the Grove. I do not see that area on the map and was wondering if anyone has info on those lots, where they are located, etc.
Also, if any of you know of other areas being developed in the near future, that would be interesting to know. Hopefully, we'll join all you lovely people in the near future. Thank you for your help.

Discover The Grove, Our Newest Neighborhood - St. James Plantation

To be honest, I'm not sure where in the plantation The Grove might be. Most new construction that is not in Legacy Park is taking place in the Woodlands and around Seaside. Seaside does not have a lot of woodland though.

The new St James extension in being cleared out to Midland road is a nicely wooded area and perhaps that could be The Grove.

I looked around on the SJP website and did not find a map showing it. I am sure if you called the sales office they would answer all of your questions.

Default The Grove

Just called the sales office and the Grove is a continuation of St James Dr (going west from the marina). There are plans to open a gate there as well. On a side note the sale rep I spoke with (Bill Gralton) was very helpful.

Thank you both for helping. It sounds like things are humming in that development.
