No, the plan is for the outparcel where some guys are using it for a makeshift detail shop. This is right across Manchester from the Burer King or directly across the entrance road from Synovus. Right there on that little corner.

"FINALLY" is right. Super location!! As usual, Columbus is the last major market in Georgia to get anything! They'll ask themselves why they didn't "discover" Columbus sooner! Just like Bone Fish Grill, Krispy Kreme, Bojangles, Farm Fresh, Moes, and numerous other franchise type companies that took forever to get here, then found great success in our market! Hello, Culver's, PF Chang, Costco, BassPro/Cabelas, Whole Foods, etc. Are you listening??

I'm really surprised that they didn't go for Airport Thruway - too much with Burger King, McDonalds and Hardees right there? It will be popular with CSU students I'm sure!

Cookout is a "niche" with such a difference that it draws, even in saturated markets.

Thanks, smoke eater! Tourists are the same way. Once they visit, they're "AMAZED" at what we have here.
We need to get everybody that visits here to "linger longer!" ESPECIALLY among the MANY military families and friends who come here year-round! Why we don't seem to be promoting that low hanging fruit is beyond me. And I really believe that we need to be more aggressive in Lagrange to entice some of those Great Wolf Lodge visitors to spend at least a day here!

It appears that the Target remodel has started. I've been told that the food avenue location in Target will be closing and replaced with a Starbucks.

CVS on Double Churches is getting a pretty nice facelift too.
