I really hope that CPS and the court system will put a stop to this insanity for the sake of the entire family. It has gotten totally out of control, why does the mother have access to the money being donated I was under the impression that was for medical care.

Mom's behavior is absolutely disgusting. You would think Dolan would have her get off Facebook altogether.

I am sad for Jahi. Her mother gets no sympathy from me any more.

CPS has no jurisdiction - Jahi has been declared dead so there is no child's welfare to look out for.

It's a messed up situation, but the little girl is dead and gone. It's just a corpse in a bed with painted nails. So disturbing.

If she is legally dead, why can't the mother be charged with some kind of crime against a corpse? I had the utmost sympathy for the mother until recently but not after all the recent info.
