I don't think the neighborhoods around downtown Dallas are falling, but I think a lot of the downtown proper area outside of the Main Street district and Arts District are still somehow getting worse. West End has been falling apart for years, yet I'm still somehow surprised every time I visit that it has gotten worse. This area has possibly the most potential inside the downtown loop, yet it can't attract people and good tenants???

I personally think that Downtown Fort Worth is the one missing something...like the sweet, rancid smell of urine, which is ever heightened, on these warmer days of the year.
