I would love to share this diet but it is blocked everytime someone tries to post it. Email addresses are also blocked. I have done this diet. Lost 5 lbs the first 4 days and 4lbs the next. It does work.

DKAY Sorry but the way I took it you can NOT eleminate any of the foods on the 18 in 4 diet. There is a vegetarian version and if you dont eat beef you can use tuna but all the fruits and veggies and NASTY EGGS havr to stay the same!!!

Default 18 in 4 diet

I am having a difficult time with this because I have always weighed around 115-118lbs with the exception of heavier during my pregnancy. I have been trying low carb, working out at least 3-4 days per week with no results. I am leaving for mexico on April 4th and I am very desperate to take off at least 15 lbs before I go. Desperate times call for desperate measures.
I would welcome any input from anyone who has had good results from this diet. I don't care if it's a temporary fix for now...I need to look halfway good in my suit. I work on long term weight loss later. Someone reassure me please.
Curious to know whether you had any luck with this diet in the end? I am also 5 ft one inch and 130 pounds and would like to lose 15 pounds. As this is too heavy for my frame. Although I am aware that this seems like another fad diet, if it was too work, I am happy to give it a try

I did the cambridge diet two years ago, and you lose 11 pounds in one week, but this diet is not for the faint hearted as you are only allowed to drink 3 shakes a day. This is the same diet that Surgeons use to prep their patients to lose weight prior to their having a tummy tuck. Hard to get the original version here in the US, as its mainly sold in the uk.

So did the 18 and 4 actually work?

I don't think diets have been invented yet. People are working on them though.

Seeing as i cannot get the 18-in-4 diet plan, and ive tried practically everything else, im going a new diet. My diet. My diet contains 3 simple things. Chewing gum, water and exercise. That's it. I am not going to eat anything and when i get the slightest bit hungry i will have some chewing gum. I exercise everyday so that helps. Today is Sunday 19th July 09 so i will message back on Sunday 26th July 09 with the results. I know people are going to say and think that I'm stupid and i should just eat healthily, but the thing is nothing works. So this is the way I'ts going to be for me from now on until i get to a healthy weight which is right for me. Then I will start eating again. Simple. Thanks. Bye. x.
