Ha! That's funny about your car club eaton53!

I'm feeling much better today, thanks! Slept a bit, got some work done, did some small exercises, and got organized for the coming week. Life is a lot less overwhelming today.

A large percentage of the folks in the club don't have the healthiest diets.
If you've ever seen the food selections available at car shows, you'd understand why.

It'll make it easy for me when the season begins in late-April.
All I have to do is bring no food, because there's literally nothing I can even consider eating at a car show.
The exception is several cruise-ins at a nearby McDonalds, were I can stack up the no-bun Quarter Pounders w/cheese.

Well, my blood sugar dropped to 74, so I'm going to have to cut this off.
Still, 42 hrs is not too shabby.

Thanks Lucy...
Had a few chicken wings and a salad... just enough to push my BS back up.
Should be good to go until tomorrow AM, so that's another 18 hrs.

18:6 yesterday. Fasted from 6 pm to 12 noon and then ate from 12-6 pm. Great lunch with the family, but I ate WAY too much.

Gonna try for a 20 hour fast today. C'mon 2 pm!

Not too long to go.

Since I didn't make it 60 hrs, I didn't go to the buffet.
I'm not hungry so I may go for OMAD today.

Didn't break my record low, but I got even.
The good news is that I weigh quite a bit less now (198.0) than I did after I broke my fast last weekend.
That means I'll have a lower starting point this week in the quest to achieve another record low.

I need to make sure my blood sugars are around 120 on Friday AM so I don't have another fast-breaking crash.

I made it! Broke my fast with a ham and cheese sandwich on a bagel thin. I also added some lettuce and a lot of spicy mustard. So yummy!

Since I didn't go to the breakfast buffet, I had breakfast for dinner.
