20:5 yesterday - fasted from 6 pm thru 2 pm, and then ate from 2-7 pm.
Not sure what today's plan is. I can clearly fast longer than 16 hours, but I'm not really sure if I want to.... I think I'll pack a sandwich and my veggies so I have them if I decide to eat around 11, but it'll be a game time decision.
18:6 yesterday. Fasted from 7 pm thru 1 pm, and then ate from 1-7 pm.
I've realized that I need to prioritize my afternoon veggies and hummus - great source of everything. Which means I will be able to buy more types of hummus! Yum.... (without prioritizing them, then hummus tends to go bad in the fridge. Veggies aren't my favorite)
I also need to prioritize my afternoon protein smoothie - Most days I need the protein, and when I'm low on fiber I can add a teaspoonful. Yesterday I added turmeric to my smoothie. Oh how flippin' delicious!
20:4 yesterday - fasted from 7 pm - 3 pm, and then fed from 3-7 pm. The 4 year old nephew really enjoyed his family birthday party, and his parents were very happy that we didn't go overboard on his presents. It was a great time!
Going out to dinner tonight - probably another 20:4 schedule today.
Funny thing... on Tuesday I had lunch and when I did my cardio in the afternoon I felt really sluggish.
I felt better the last two times when I was fasting and then did cardio.
I have a lunch today, but I might just take it home instead of eating it.
Tuesday may have been the end of lunch. I've been thinking about switching to OMAD and this may be the time to do it.
We'll see how I feel around lunchtime.
