He was an Illinois State Senator and then a US Senator before becoming President. Unless those don't count in your view

Nothing of this makes him a Muslim. You just hate him because he's black.

I don't think it's necessarily race, I think it's ideology, because he isn't a Rethuglican.

I've noticed that a lot of Repub posters on here resort to ad hominem attacks on liberals rather than debating on the actual issues, because deep down, they know their ideas are not popular, so they have to discredit the other side to try to make themselves look better in comparison.

End thread

My thoughts on that election night were zzzzzzzzzzzzz as I went to bed.

When I woke up the next morning I thought "Daaaaaaaang, what a huge upset."
(I voted for neither, I found the outcome fascinating from a tactical perspective...talk about dropping the ball down the home-stretch of a campaign)

followed by, "Wow, I wish I owned a liquor store because I'd be making bank the next few days"

I don't hate him cause he's black. I don't even hate the guy. I think he is a very nice person honestly. He would be the type of guy I would sit in a bar with and have a drink. But as far as his policies are concerned, I'm not for it. Typical leftie. Plays the race card. And it's a wonder why you lost.

I was beside myself with joy! Finally, a strong President after 8 years of mish-mash. It's been a great first year, and I'm looking forward to 7 more.
