Some seem to have selective amnesia. In 2018, Stacy Abrams was running for governor of Georgia against the then-Secretary of State, Brian Kemp.

Not only did Mr. Kemp not recuse himself, but he, as Secretary of State, purged hundreds of thousands of voters from the rolls, including 85,000 in the three months leading up to election day. This was in violation of long-standing rule that voters would not be removed from the rolls during an election year, save for certain exceptions.

Of course, Ms. Abrams charged that the purges disproportionally affected black voters.

I have not seen any such charges against Ms. Hobbs.

I do agree that if a Secretary of State is running for Governor, that they should recuse themselves from the office. Yet, that is up to the individual states to decide.
Flashback to 2018. AG Eric Holder claims then GA Secretary of State Brian Kemp was trying to “rig the system” by not resigning or recusing himself from running the election while running for governor.

Florida, or another bright red state.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a lot of people who moved to Arizona to escape California's insane Marxist policies leave Arizona. Might be a lot of 'For Sale' signs going up soon.

I plan to git while the gitt'n is still good.

A estimated 95k ballots remain and Lake would have to get 23k more than Hobbs to win. It would take a miracle for Lake to win this race. Stick a fork in her because she is done

According to Hobbs' website, the estimated total number of uncounted ballots is 160,021

Correct, the reports come from the counties. Approx 95,000 is left in Maricopa and approx 160,000 statewide.

As I said, I believe that a Secretary of State should recuse him or herself if running for higher office. I believed it for Mr. Kemp, I believe it for Ms. Hobbs.

The problem is, it is left up to the individual states to make such laws. I would probably be against a proposed Federal law that mandates it.

I'll be one of them leaving, but I had already decided that a year ago.

Most of the ballots will be coming from Pima county outside of that 95k where Hobbs is winning with a 25% lead over Lake. Hopefully after this election Arizona will no longer be a mecca for election conspiracy.
