Those are done by the Secretary of State in Arizona who is elected in their own right.

Did you really not know that?
Hobbs IS currently the Secretary of State.

Did you really not know that?

How is it fraught with problems?

Voting machines in Maricopa County malfunctioned.

Arizona still doesn't have their final numbers in.

Hobbs should have recused herself for conflict of interest.

No state has their final numbers in. That happens when the results are certified. The Arizona count takes a bit longer in Arizona than other states due to the verification process of mail in ballots and those dropping off ballots close to Election Day. Nothing is wrong with that, it makes sense and those laws come from the State Legislature.

Can you name one Sec of State of either party that has recused themselves when running for Governor or any other office for that matter?

You are correct in all aspects.

Some seem to have selective amnesia. In 2018, Stacy Abrams was running for governor of Georgia against the then-Secretary of State, Brian Kemp.

Not only did Mr. Kemp not recuse himself, but he, as Secretary of State, purged hundreds of thousands of voters from the rolls, including 85,000 in the three months leading up to election day. This was in violation of long-standing rule that voters would not be removed from the rolls during an election year, save for certain exceptions.

Of course, Ms. Abrams charged that the purges disproportionally affected black voters.

I have not seen any such charges against Ms. Hobbs.

I do agree that if a Secretary of State is running for Governor, that they should recuse themselves from the office. Yet, that is up to the individual states to decide.

The fix is in for AZ and NV. It's always the same damn counties who have machines malfunction, pipes bursting, sharpie-gate, etc. etc. etc., then there's massive delays in counting and magical Democrat ballots show up EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. This is so ridiculously obvious but those motivated by the Left winning don't care because it serves their policies and lifestyle. Our country's elections and integrity are screwed.

You lose because of this ^^^^^^ nonsense you can't understand that dems and moderate voters outnumber you.

No. There were issues with printers that prevented ballots from being able to be read. There was no malfunction with voting machines.
