Those are done by the Secretary of State in Arizona who is elected in their own right.

I doubt Lake runs again I would be surprised in fact I suspect all these MAGA candidates won't run again they won't be given the money to do it.

IF Sinema wins the Dem primary, which not even that much is assured. She pissed off enough Dems, even the mildly progressive types, so that she'd probably lose to Rep. Ruben Gallego (AZ-7), a likely Dem nominee for Senate in 2024. Lake against Galllego, I put my money on Gallego - especially the veteran vote, well known for his advocacy for veterans.
