Here’s a chance for all the “independent” Democrats to vote for the moderates they always claim they would vote for. Oz is a moderate and Fetterman is a left wing gorked lunatic. My guess is that the liars claiming to be “independent” will vote Democrat like they always do.
He has cast his lot with MAGA Republicans and embraced the Big Lie and excuses the insurrection, thinks government should tell women how to make decisions about personal matters. Yet, you want people to believe that he is actually a sheep in wolf's clothing. If he really is what he says he is not, then he has no integrity and does not deserve anyone's vote.
All the politicians running in PA this election really suck, and I very likely won't even vote this year. Shapiro and Fetterman will win and this states gradual decline will continue.
I think the only smart play for Pennsylvania if no one wants Oz or Fetterman is to elect Fetterman then have him removed for being medically unable to perform the job and have another person appointed. The person appointed would likely be more popular than OZ and would not have to deal with recovering from a Stroke while in office.
I don't know if you can get enough people in Pennsylvania to vote for Oz from the start, he seems nearly unelectable from what we see outside the state, but this may be different on the ground in Pennsylvania. But you never know he might pull it out depending on how the debate goes.
Either way, Pennsylvania voters will have poor representation.
And that's the issue. He will be delegating more than usual. So in reality staff, interns, volunteers and party officials will be making decision a senator should make. They all delegate but in his case the amount of work AND decisions delegated could be more than doubled. Do the voters want an individual or collective.
If one wants the DNC go for it. But WHO actually would accountable or responsible. Yeh Fettermen would be the fall guy but WHO would be actually responsible or held accountable for the policy that comes out of his office.
Would Pennsylvania want or accept him as the governor if he had to step in for the present governor being the lt governor?
As a born and raised Pennsylvanian, I was sorry to see the two candidates for the Pennsylvania senate seat are a carpet bagger (Dr. Oz) and a Shrek look-a-like (John Fetterman), who goes around in a hoodie but is a trust fund baby that never worked, was in school in his 40's, and is on record to open up the prisons and let murderers out.
Unfortunately Fetterman shortly before the Pa primary had a serious stroke which left him mentally impaired so much so that his one stump speech in Pittsburgh sounded like baby talk.
Of the two, I would go for Dr. Oz, who is the lesser of two evils. Maybe Oz will step up. Fetterman, even if he wanted to, can't.

Agree but Oz does seem to be pretty smart and Trump endorsed him.
Fetterman's health would probably be okay if he listened to his doctor and took his meds back in 2017. A-fib causes blood clots that can lead to stroke. His doctor probably put him on warfarin (a blood thinner) and apparently, he refused to take it.
That's pretty irresponsible, especially if you have a family that needs you. Very selfish and stupid.
Too bad the only thing in the OP is factual is that Mehmet Oz is a carpetbagger.
