And you practice cardiology where? Your neuroscience post grad studies were conducted at which institution? You are a neurologist treating patients in which medical center? You've consulted with John Fetterman's physician?
Neurologists, including the candidate's, reassure us that Fetterman's verbal language in rapid-fire/ fast paced settings, such as the debate scenario, will continue to improve over the next 6-12 months. Why? Because it already has resolved almost completely in normal paced interactions and regular settings.
Fetterman's medical matters are treated, and the acoustic processing difficulty is temporary but clearly one that MAGA Republicans choose to magnify and lie about rather than focus on the much more important substantive issues facing Pennsylvania & the country.
As it is pointless to argue with intransigent ignorance and incurable cruelty, I will offer this simplicity:
Next year he will be fine, but Oz will still be a fraud!
I am a Pennsylvanian and the positions of the candidates are of paramount importance. I follow this race very closely, have read as much information as I can from reputable news organizations, including local and national papers, pored over the campaign literature and backgrounds of each and have attended campaign events of both candidates, where they spoke at length. And btw Fetterman did communicate very ably & was forthright regarding his positions, values and the senate issues he'd support, during these speeches and question and answer sessions and slower paced affairs that were post stroke.
John Fetterman a life-long Pennsylvanian knows our commonwealth's citizens. The cities, the suburbs and the rural middle. He stands for safeguarding America's democracy, fighting for women's personal agency and reproductive healthcare and protecting the civil rights of all Americans. He is running on the same issues he's valued and the policies he's advanced for the past 2 decades: Pennsylvania jobs & businesses, women's rights, free and fair elections, rule of law, incarceration honesty and educational sanity.
Mehmet Oz a New Jersey resident who works in New York City and maintains citizenship in Turkey has parachuted into Pennsylvania at the behest of the de facto leader of the GOP. That is MAGA Republican Donald J Trump the 2020 election denier, and defrauder of we the people with his continuing promulgation of his Big Lie. You know, his ongoing attempt to retain illegal power after losing the 2020 election.
As if pledging allegiance to Trump over democracy, America & Pennsylvania isn't enough, Oz has stated all abortion is murder. That is criminalizing women's healthcare folks. And last night he had the effrontery to claim politicians have the right to intrude on a woman's most personal of medical decisions. Regulating women's choices--- that will include birth control & pregnancy & medical treatment ---by state legislatures are the radical rage of Republicans.
Mehmet Oz will be a yes vote for MAGA extremism. The Republicans' eventual plan is a nationwide ban on abortion, followed by all the other religious beliefs they desire to force on the rest of us. Additionally, should they get control of Congress, they have told us they will cut SS, Medicare and Medicaid while continuing to cut taxes on the wealthy. They plan to blow up the economy and national security out of spite against the WH in a stupid effort to gain it back in 2024. You know Republican Party Power takes precedent over the United States and we the people. Political Party over country. Mehmet Oz the TV doctor with a knack for quackery who votes in Turkey is here in Pennsylvania only to purchase a senate seat for radical MAGA Republicanism.
Much of the focus pre & post-debate was on Fetterman's acoustic processing issue which is not an intellectual issue. His resolving speech problem is a symptom common after a stroke and our Lieutenant- governor is not retarded, cognitively impaired, or demented as so many cruel and mendacious MAGA Republicans insist.
The malignancy of the Oz position is what cannot be rehabbed. And the mocking mendacity of the cruel campaign trying to disparage Fetterman's healing medical issue clearly is meant to mask the radical extremism of MAGA Republican OZ which is the real & dangerous declining issue.
As I said before: Fetterman will heal, but Oz will always be a fraud.
