Technically, Indo-European is also a term in linguistics, and it does not include Turkic languages. It does include Hindi, Persian, and Urdu.
Turkic languages (including Turkish) are Altaic languages, which also includes Mongolian. According to some theory, Korean and Japanese are Altaic languages too (controversial).
Just because they speak a Turkic language doesn't make them Turks. Turkey is where one of the earliest Indo-European languages developed. It was populated by Indo-Europeans when Turkic-speakers later came in.

This is a demographic change that will change Europe's cultural landscape
We already see some European cities almost at half European origin, like Rotterdam (53%), The Hague (56%), and London (59%).
And some more down the line, Brussels (63%), Paris (65%), Malmo (69%), Amsterdam (68%), Stockholm (71%), and a few English cities ranging from 55% to 80% White like Manchester, Slough, Birmingham, and Luton.
Other countries like USA will drop from 63% European to 55% European, Canada from 76% to 65% and Australia from 81% to 66% in the same time frame ... New Zealand will drop from 72% to 65% European.
Problems with various European countries becoming less "white" is not strictly the results of immigration alone, though in many places it is a huge part of things.
The other shoe is that European (white) women simply are not interested in having large families or in some cases children at all. When a race starts dipping below the replacement rate (2 children for every couple that produces) sooner or later without outside assistance (immigration or whatever) the population will collapse.
France had a declining birth rate beginning in the years after WWI and has managed to stabilize and report some growth on that front recently. This has come about via various programs and schemes for women, mothers, children etc.., but guess what? IIRC the most recent numbers show a good part of the recent increase in that country's birth rates are coming from "immigrant" populations, not native "white" French.
Post WWII Europe and UK has seen a vast shift in the societal roles of women. That coupled with access to legal/safe birth control, and often abortion has unchained many European women from a cycle of being "Her Indoors" confined to a life of producing and taking care of large families.
OTOH many immigrant women/families value high birth rates and often a more traditional roles for females. Just as in much of North America white/European families tend to limit their production of children to what they can afford. However that is not often the case with immigrants who see *all* children as a blessing from God and He, the State or someone will provide if the parents/family cannot.
The other trend is increased acceptance of homosexuality. While many gays and lesbians do wish and often have children today, that process is not always easy especially for gay men. With surrogacy,IVF and or adoption restricted for gays if not the population in general white/European members of the LGT community often must go to other countries (India, Asia, United States, Russia, etc...) to have "white" or any children at all. India and Russia are off the table, but the Ukraine does a booming business in adoption and surrogacy that many white/Europeans both gay and straight take advantage. Of course if you have lots of money like Sir Elton John you can access the United States surrogacy market in states like California.
Finally you have the increased acceptance of inter-racial marriages or at least mixed race births.
We live in an age when change is happening fast enough that we can watch it happen in a lifetime. Change happened a few hundred years ago in North America and hasn't stopped. It went from red to white and now it's changing to brown.

United States is an interesting case.
Prior to changes in immigration laws (1960's) via late senator Kennedy's bills to promote "diversity" and "family unification", a good percentage of immigration (legal) was from Europe. The 1960's changes to US immigration shifted that focus to Latin America and Asia among other countries and almost by itself put an end to *massive* white/European immigration to USA.
Fast forward a few decades of weak enforcement of immigration laws, rampant illegal immigration from Mexico, South America and Asian countries, coupled with low white/European American birth rates means the latter is now facing becoming the minority race in the USA.
If Republicans in Congress did but wake up to this fact and size the day a new immigration bill could be fashioned that would reverse the effects of the Kennedy bill. In particular restrict family *unification* down to spouses and minor children. Instead move towards a point system as many European countries have done where immigration matches a population required/desired via their skill sets.
Quite honestly the USA has enough poor and so froth, what it needs are more of those with advanced education especially in sciences, math and engineering.
why is it a good thing for European based nations to do so and nobody is pushing this idea on any Asian or African nations.
Low fertility rates are the ticking time bomb for much of Europe, the United States, and Canada. The USA, France and a few other places have been able to mask their low birth rates via immigration (legal or otherwise), but that brings it's own problems. One country that is taking an active approach to more babies would be Israel with it's vast state supported surrogacy schemes. Gay or straight it does not matter, if you want to have babies Israel will assist.
Australia and Canada were built by Europeans. Those countries should always be white majority.
American can become white minority for all i care.
