The conflict in Ukraine is simmering now. I may be a pessimist...I think it will go to a boil. I'm afraid Russian interests in this ideological, political, economic and social psychological battleground aren't subject to negotiation as much as it is to see how force can influence Ukrainian-Russian relations. It appears the war goes one move at a time. And each one ratches up the consequences another notch.

Few hundred Ukrainians got stranded in war-torn Yemen.
This woman ( who worked in Yemen) is telling that they ( Ukrainians) didn't know where to turn for help in order to be evacuated. Their government didn't care. They asked Russian embassy for help. Russian embassy helped to evacuate ALL people from former Soviet Republics, Tadjics and Ukrainians alike (she said Tadjic government asked Russian government to facilitate the evacuation of their people.)
She said Russians were very helpful on each and every step. What can I say? Putin scored here.
Ukrainian "democratic" government? Not so much.
The so-called "surge " of false information. Unconfirmed not one official or agency. There is no evidence . Another propaganda. We must be very stupid and naive person to believe it.
Wadym, can you tell us about the new Ukrainian laws regarding the prohibition of communism?
UPD: Is it true that you recognize the Soviet regime in the years 1917-1991 as occupation regime?
