It's lower than in the States in general, but still considerably higher than most EU countries. Canada has a number of great colleges, but nothing that can match the Ivy League or Stamford.

But in free France, this " artist "for the same performances as in "terrible" Russia, already went to prison. How so? In France, since freedom and in Russia, a solid "Gulag".

Someone will be able to explain why there is freedom in France, and prison, but in Russia there is no freedom only ,and not prison. As so is obtained?

It's an act of hooliganism and provocation.

Gospel of Matthew, Chapter 18
Spoiler

But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and [that] he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
As much as I don't understand how this whole "Gothic thing" is related to "Maslenitsa" ( which in pagan terms is the "farewell to winter,") I understand even less the relevance of "Gospel of Mathew" here.

Just shoot me)))

It appeared to represent a Catholic Gothic church, so draw the connection there. Russians have destroyed many catholic churches in Eastern Europe several times in the past centuries... not that it hasn't happened the other way too but to do this in 2018 could be considered provocative.

Things are getting more and more weird)))
But no, you are way off here.
If nothing drastically changed in the last 20 years, then Gothic architecture was never associated with "Catholic churches" in Russia.
It was rather associated with fairy-tails I think, the castles, princes, and the... witches?
I dunno.
There was this very cool fairy tail "The Snow Queen" of Hans Christian Andersen I remember, and I can picture something Gothic there)))
Something like this:

( just an example.)

Why? The artist built a Gothic building from the fire. That's cool.

Is any Gothic building a Catholic church? Decrease your pride.
