Wonderful, thanks! That's a beautiful part of Russia. I looked it up on the map; it's a little over halfway between Moscow and Niznii Novgorod, but to the north a bit from that main road. It's too bad most people are unaware of the beautiful towns in Russia; there are so many of them!

And by the way, before I forget. The unique collection of color photographs by Proskudin-Gorsky. Photos were made over 100 years ago by 3 light filter.
That's exactly what it looks like--part of the Golden Ring! I love that part of Russia!
And look at those checkerboard roof tiles in that photo! You NEVER see that sort of thing anymore! Maybe only in a rare architectural gem in Bulgaria or Romania, or in a forgotten corner of Russia.
And those Proskudin-Gorsky photos! Priceless! Those are fantastic! Literally a window in time! ♥ ♥ ♥
Do they sell reproductions? I'd love to frame some of them!

I don't know. Prokudin-Gorsky emigrated from Russia in 1918. The original photos are stored in the United States (The Library of Congress). This is a great success - to keep these unique images.
