Great job, Adi. What are you at now? You were trying to lose weight for a while. You're going to be puting weight back on, but the right kind of weight this time!

I did 190 lb today. My weight is 171.
Oh wait, that's 110%, not 120%. Bah . I'll hit 200 sometime this month (that's more like 120%), and have sufficient practice time to do 6 good reps.

It's been about a year since you started regularly posting your workouts and progress. In that time you have come a long way. Good for you and keep it up. You'll be at 120% soon enough.
Chest workouts, flat dumb bell press, cable crossovers, and sitting chest press machine. Also sets of triceps pushdowns.
Tried to squat and struggled with even 135 pounds, and tweaked something in my lower hip/back area. It is so depressing I have regressed terribly in this lift. And before you mention it, due to work and all, I haven't been squatting more than once per week the past month, so it's not due to over lifting like before.
I don't know what it is but my whole body mechanics have never felt so off squatting. The confidence and strength no longer there.
