Ran 12.4 miles with temps around 20 with single digit wind chills. THis is the 3rd week in a row I set a new personal PR for distance. With my first half marathon 5 months away, I am continuing my slow and steady training plan. Finished the week at 38.95 miles and YTD 241.65 miles.
Awesome! I've never thought about actually running in a marathon. I was always counting on being in the audience though.

I started running last April (55 y.o.). Ran the Army 10-Miler this past October in 1:20:02. Signed up for two half marathons this year (Jul & Oct), and mixed in will be a sprint triathlon in Aug, and probably a couple of 10k's.
After the 2nd half marathon in Oct, I will decide if I will run my first marathon in 2017. It all depends how the body holds up to the mileage I'm putting on it.
1 hour spin class, then 1800 yards freestyle/fly in the pool with some dives mixed in (yikes), then a core dvd at home. Took it kind of easy earlier this week and wanted to make up for it.
One hour workout already. I could do a couple of hours today. Nothing like good music and not being able to keep track if of time! ( Now, I have to go into civilization for a bagel date ) It will be fun, I'm sure.. I just have to leave my lil' world.
Deadlifts, bench press, leg press, leg raises, and lat pull downs.
