No....I totally was NOT offended.

And running in 100º?! I can hardly run when it's 80º. The problem with MN is that we go straight from winter to summer, with no time to acclimate. But training in the summer makes for some fast fall race times.

tri extensions
jump lunges

repeat 5 times

Went to a track and ran ladders...

30 M

Repeat 4 times

backward sprints

Getting ready to do another one hour treadmill. It's 9 o'clock in the morning, for Pete's sake! Ah well, this should cheer me up pretty quick!

I'm training for a half marathon more than 4 months away.

Today I ran the furthest I ever have, an unofficial half marathon. 13.1 miles in 1:50:54 (8:28/mile avg pace). So I guess I had two PR's today - longest run, and fastest half marathon (who cares if it's unofficial).

Back workout.

T bar row, Hammer lat machine, front cable pulldown, cable row, barbell curl, machine curl, and also leg presses. About 35 minutes or so.

one more cup of coffee then posterior chain day. And it's 70!

A few mile warm up run (I know I 'ugh' running distance but it is so springlike). Then:

6 minutes of double under jump ropes

Pullups
DL's to failure
Bent over rows
weighted australian rows
hammer curls
reverse grip straight bar curls
weighted box jumps

repeat 5 times

10 50 meter hill sprints

BARBECUE FOR DINNER!
