Really, women likes the guys that have attractive shape of the body. Gym is the best way that helps to make the good shape of body.

This whole bad attitude is why many men have a low opinion of women after their physicality. Some women just think they're too good to even say hi too. Like they are Paula Abdul circa 1989 or something

pretty much every girl in the gym is interested in me. they usually let me know by looking away when we make eye contact, telling me to stop staring, ignoring me when i talk to them and giving me the finger.
Thanks. I really should start taking advantage of this while I'm still kinda young. I'm in my 20's. I gotta man-up and approach one of these days. I'm real comfortable talking to women at clubs and bars, but something about the gym I dunno not as comfortable. Maybe cause I've never approached at the gym so it seems awkward . Either way, I'd definitely love to **** some of these women so there's no other way. This could be a good pipeline for girls as there's some real cute ones at my gym as I live in AZ .
Yes! I can hit on women at the bar, with other friends, or whatever no problem but I just can't do it at the gym. Everyone is so focused, including myself, I just don't do anything. The whole earphones, mostly everyone wants peace aspect hurts me lol.
The operative word is "casual" Not to come across as if you cruising a bar. You're there on legitimate business, working out and getting in shape. So what IS wrong with being sociable, as long as one is not being creepy or a pest. The rule of thumb is, "Low key" "Respectful and polite" "Less (flirting) is more" You won't receive a positive response with some people, even when you keep it light and do it right, but that doesn't mean it's wrong to socialize with people at the gym.
Exactly, just have a nice conversation or share a machine, this isn't a marriage proposal lol. I hate trying to hit on women at the gym though I find it challenging. I have noticed women my age and older looking my way, sometimes I give a head nod or smile but they look away. I need a nice easy way of going up to a girl with headphones on a treadmill lol.

Wrong approach at the gym. Go to the coed classes of spin, pilates yoga, body sculpting, etc. Tons of attractive women, and they will be happy to have another male in the class, unless you stare at them in yoga. I would be surprised if the ratio of women to guys is less than 80%/20%. Try it, and buy some new gym wear so you look clean and not like all of the other muscle heads.
