This seems to be the "post" from hell, it just keeps on going. It really is fairly simple, Florida has a climate that is inviting to many people, most of them elderly. People of a certain age have earned or think they have earned a dominant place of opinion. Southern people have a pride issue with the north from a sub cultral standpoint. It is really not that complex, it is the "country" meets the "city" but is is like on steroids. If someone came from New York to Minnesota it would not be much more of a cultrual shock then going to Florida. It is just a differant way of life. We have prejudice here in Wisconsin for people who come from Minneapolis/St. Paul as they regard us as simpletons. There are those that argue, these city people pay the bills and this is true and it is not a whole lot differant than the South except we are not as vocal or have the pride issue dating back to the civil war. This is no differant than the race card, it will be played as long as there is a reason. This is an age old problem that we all need to get past and concentrate on the real problems of terrorists and radical muslims. We think there is a differance between a Northern versus Southern, step ou in the "Global" world that we have stupidly created and see what real cultural differances are. You think an issue among Americans is a problem, look at what Musslims and others think of our values and you will see a real taste of reality. These people will eat your young and **** on your grave. I think we better stop debatting among ourselves and start thinking of "what's next"..

When the post is just things that are made up by the poster with absolutely nothing to back it up I certainly do.

Taken from Wikipedia also:

About two-thirds of the population was born in another state, the second highest in the country.[62]
The state had the third largest illegal immigrant population in the country in 2009.[63]b In 2010, illegal immigrants constituted an estimated 5.7% of the population. This was the sixth highest percentage of any state in the country.[64][65]

This may be some of the reason so many people from the northeast complain about certain aspects of FL so much. The northeast (tri-state area in particular), being one of the oldest white non-hispanic European settled regions in the U.S. Many generations of a similar culture...

That is one impressive map but I guess you are not a "Redneck"?? The only suggestion is you might of missed a few pockets of "old people". I swore I would not enter this post again but that chart is a "HOOT". (That's somewhat of a northern compliment I guess).

This is due to the fact that so many from other areas wish to move here.
Of course this would make the percentage of native born population low.
The percentage is growing though with all the families that moved here and now have children that are native born.

We also don't need to hear how you don't want to be here or you know others that don't, the numbers tell the story.
