As a native NY'r for more years than I'd admit-I would NEVER have gone to Times Sq. Worked there at 43rd at NY Times for years and would rather be home, just spoke to young one-they ordered same Chinese we had.

Happy NY friends. It's 20 below.

elston, have some hot toddy and rest! Hope you'll feel better soon! My oldest son had a cold and I got him some Aleve cold and sinus, it's something they keep behind the counter, and he was better the next day.

Default ohh oh

Hi everyone and Happy New Years Eve

Well, Tonight we had Beautiful thick pork chops, fried (of course) with gravy, Biscuits (opened by HAND of course!!) and my fave... roasted asparagus with minced garlic and fresh lemon. BUT I forgot it was N.Y.E and didn't make the traditional southern dinner with hoppin johns and collards. But come to think of it I don't think it brought me much luck last year anyway, I mean shoot, I STILL haven't won lotto!!!!!!!

Safe and Happy New Year to everyone!!

Monica
