Everything is linked to death somewhere. After all death is nature's way of telling you to slow down.

Truly, we start to die the second we are born. WARNING..The Surgeon General has determined that life will lead to death. "Studies" like the one at issue here are certainly no reason to not enjoy and occasional indulgent meal. There are also many options for eating healthy that don't require having to eat like a rabbit. The guy that used to stump for Grape Nuts cereal back in the day. Yuell Gibbons. All that healthy Lola Granola stuff, and he died of heart disease with diabetic complications if I remember right. That was a LONG time ago. Damn, I'm gettin' old.....Better enjoy some fried chicken or something today.

Because of this report, I made sure to eat extra servings of various versions of fried potatoes.

Monday I had sweet potato fries for dinner.

Tuesday I had french fries for dinner, potatoe chips for lunch.

Yesterday same.

Today took a break, just bag of chips.
