Tonight I'll carve back into that bird and prolly just pop a bag of Knorr pasta or rice into a pan to enjoy with it. Maybe cheddar broccoli... we'll see.

Mmmm....I'm all set to make my 'sketti, as soon as DH's tummy gets better. I'm jealous of yours, MTH.
I marinated some chicken breasts in teriyaki. I'll broil them, then serve them with some jasmine rice, fresh green beans and probably some canned carrots for DH (he loves them, go figure!). Oh, and don't forget the home made ice cream.... Hm...maybe we can skip dinner.
