With Internal Medicine Associates/MD360 adjacent, I would not be surprised to see additional medical offices on that block.

Amazi tea has close down at the Haywood Mall because it's moving to DownTown Greenville would like to see a HM store there or a timberland store

Lots of Quiznos have been closing up shop recently, I think they filed for Chapter 11. Hope they stick around, I like their subs, but they're definitely not doing well these days.
