I like that Harris Teeter has the baked option in the 8 piece as well. I just got some last night and it was on sale for 6.99 I believe. Can hardly buy it and go to the trouble to bake it yourself for that.
Yes the baked chicken at Harris Teeter is very good and a healthier option. Nicely seasoned. Bought some last week on sale for $6.99 and their fried chiken bucket was also on sale for $6.99.

Publix's rotisserie isn't bad, either.. And they have several different kinds.. I got a 'mojo' chicken a little while back and it was quite good. Think they have the old standard of lemon pepper and.. Something else as well.

Publix carries the bottles of Mojo marinade under their label if you grill your own at home.
