Also what a ridiculous comparison. For many Americans, having a car is an absolute necessity. Having that car function which requires gas is a necessity. Eating at Chick-fil-A is not. Also 64 percent of the oil America used is imported. 36% is domestic. The major source of America's oil imports may surprise you. It's Canada. Canada is the largest single-country source of foreign oil for the United States. America even imports more oil from Canada than it does all Persian Gulf countries combined. They even have gay marriage there so the more you know!
Also I have heard of gay people being killed just for being gay right here in the USA.
So have Christians, fat people, weird people, etc. Try being gay in any African or Muslim or South/Central American country.
Sorta like how Strom Thurmond wasn't anti-black, he was pro racial segregation (excluding the time he impregnated his 16-year-old black maid.)
Well except fro the fact that the two views are nothing alike, sure. I do not believe that anyone should be discriminated against. I also do not believe in redefining marriage. The two views are not mutually exclusive. You are Anti-Traditional Marriage.
What CFA business license has been denied? Where have they been booted out?
Did you not hear about the mayors of Boston and Chicago saying that business licensees would be denied to CFA for their pro traditional marriage stance? When you tell someone that they must thin like you do in order to do business, that is fascism. The two mayors are already facing discrimination lawsuits.
You know that was the same argument against interracial marriage, right? The exact same argument: tradition. Marriage was "traditionally" between people of the same race. Were the people saying that back then bigots? Or were they just supporting traditional values?
The vast majority of my Facebook friends, and my actual friends, are conservative Christians.
So.... what about the fact that blacks are the largest group of anti-gay marriage people in America percentage wise? I think it's wrong to compare racism with being for traditional marriage; offensive, actually.

They didn't say business licenses would be denied. They said CFA would not fit in culturally with their cities. Why hasn't anyone linked to a business license be revoked or a CFA being booted out a city. Because those things haven't happened.
Furthermore, cities reject business permits for all sorts of things. Businesses get rejected for their environmental impact, citizen opposition, local moral beliefs, perception of the business or to protect local businesses, etc. Are you fine with a strip club opening next door to a school? How would you like NAMBLA to move their offices in your neighborhood? It's fascist if you say no.
