This has nothing to do with "free speech'. Cathy has contributed bigtime to group which promote bigotry. I'll buy my chicken elsewhere.
Foolish people. It IS about free speech. This issue would have been a victim of the 24-hour news cycle if the wacko mayors hadn't decided that they would try and stifle free speech and religious freedom.
Cathy can donate to whoever he wants to. That IS freedom. Just as you are free to eat wherever you choose.
The only time I go to CFA is for my daughter. I have eaten there once or twice since moving here 9 years ago but she loves it. This protest backfired on the organizers tremendously though and all those people sitting in line waiting burning the gas in their cars to wait helped the gas companies too. Personally, no money means no gas so couldn't have gone even if I'd wanted to.

Cathy is entitled to his beliefs just like anyone else. He owns a private business and cn do as he wishes. That is the beauty of the US......private industry and freedom of religion / freedom of speech without government control.

And the man is a hate-filled bigot. He obviously has the right to be that way.
But the things he wants to accomplish go WAY over the line as far as infringing on the rights of others in their pursuit of life, liberty, justice, and happiness.
And that's where the line in the sand has to be drawn.
