Here is a link to a pic of that interchange. It has always seemed like the most complex in the state to me. Looks like 385/85 will be slightly more complex but not by a lot. I don't see a good shot of 385/185, that one is pretty complex for SC standards. Either way, I'm sure the new 20/26 will become the most impressive.

That photo proves the 385/85 will be much more impressive. When it is completed, let's talk. Until then, there is no reason to compare the two.
I think the 26/77 interchange is more eye catching...especially with the view from it. But the 385/85 interchange wont hold the most complex or second most expensive project when malfunction junction gets underway.

How would anyone know what the view from the topmost 385/85 flyover will look like except the workers erecting the steel? It's not finished.

Malfunction junction will always be a mess, no matter how much money the politicians in Columbia spend on it.
85-S woodruff exit is now open. Note this exit is not accessible from 385 in either direction.
There are going to be a lot of happy shoppers this holiday season. Good job on SCDOT. They wanted to get this done earlier, but all of the rain we had earlier this month put them behind.
