I noticed today that Pep Boys on Laurens Rd has changed to a dual branded Advance Auto Parts/ Pep Boys Service and Tire. Advance must have purchased the retail store side from Pep Boys.

I hadn't heard this either.. And while this article states only California.. I figure it's nationwide.
The old Bi-Lo on S. Pleasantburg at Mauldin Rd is under construction. I think it's being subdivided for several retailers similar to the Woodruff Rd @ Butler one. I think an O' Reilly Auto Parts store is going in part of it.

I.. Honestly didn't think breakfast, at breakfast-time, would support all these places.
Of course, with the All Star now about $10 plus drink and tax at Waffle House.. I probably see why Another Broken Egg doesn't have prices that I can find on their website.
I'm not sure that I would compare Waffle House to Another Broken Egg. Seems like that would be like comparing Burger King to Five Guys. There's nothing wrong with either of them... but they aren't exactly catering to the same demographic.
Downtown Spartanburg is set to get a new restaurant that serves authentic Mexican cuisine and a variety of margaritas in early October.
El Paso Tacos & Tequila will open its fifth restaurant in the former location of The Farmer’s Table on 149 S. Daniel Morgan Ave. There are other locations in Valdosta, Ga.; Crestview, Fla.; Victoria, Texas; and Belle Chasse, La.
