Wow that entire site is filling up now. I was in hopes years ago that site would become a nice looking town center type development. I see its just filling up with a lot of different buildings that aren't uniform in their look like so many other mixed use developments in this area.

Oh, it's GOING in.. I thought you all were saying there was already one there and I couldn't figure out where one was.



Knew what Founders was, just didn't realize there was one going there, and the way it was explained, I thought it was being said there was already a Founders there.

Unless they want 2 stores in the area, I doubt it. They have one already on Fairview, about 1/2 mile away.

and one in Target which would make 3 but who knows there are three along Haywood Road and none look like they are lacking business. I know Starbucks and Culver's are next to one another at Haywood and Lauren's but I'm not sure they normally shadow one another. It would be nice if it's something Simpsonville doesn't already have like a Panda or Sarku Japan

There are three Starbuck’s just on Main Street in downtown Greenville.
