Or their facebook page.

Wendy's at 85 and Pelham, however, is open.

Sidewall Pizza is coming to downtown Simpsonville as well, in addition to the one coming to Five Forks.

I have to wonder if they are expanding too fast and it will hurt them in the long run.

Looks like Arbys might be coming back to Mauldin in its old location on main street. The property has been sold to Bhavani Group and when you search the name it comes up with a Arbys location in Spartaburg as them being the owners.

The Arby’s logo on the building sure does look pretty and new.

Its not new! That's the old sign from the former Arby's. The owner's of Kazoku Express posted on Facebook that they would be closed temporarily during renovations. I'd like Arby's to come back to Mauldin but my son is going to be very upset if Kazoku is gone for good. Looks like taxes weren't paid by the former owner.

I thought it might be the earlier one, but it’s impressively well-preserved.

Looks like Spectrum is opening an office at Cherrydale. Signs up at the outparcel building in front of Cherrydale Cinema.

Wow the exterior entrance next to the mall entrance didn't look finished at all Wednesday when I was there. All I saw was steel.
