Kay Jewelers in a small strip building like that? That's odd I thought they were usually in malls. If mall type retailers are looking at buildings like that in Simpsonville maybe it is time to develop an open air mall in Simpsonville.
Anybody got a spare billion to spend? Ill design the mall, it would be uber cool and better than anything out there. We can stick it out on Georgia rd at 385.

This is a first I have seen. Perhaps Kay Jewelers are moving from mall locations to retail centers in select areas.

That sucks, even if this is a new location.. aspen dental is not exactly a well thought of company.
I am not a fan of a chain dental practice on every street corner. Health practices are not retail.

I would not mind a mixed used retail center that is maximized vertically.
I'm not sure this has been posted yet. I got word that a Wal-Mart Supercenter is coming to Laurens Road. To be located where the old Sam's building is.
