My choice is Ilya Kovalchuk. He's a great player. And he proved it again as he was a real hero during the Ice Hockey World Championship 2009 in Switzerland.

That's what they do, they find talent in late rounds its very impressive. That's why they are so consistent. They are like the Steelers of the NHL.
