traffic. It's damn harsh at full drive time. I test drove from a few locations up there about 6 months ago to the airport. That's really all that concerns me business wise. But the groceries were crap up there.

WOW! Houston ain't no joke. EA, I've seen pictures of The Woodlands, and it seems very comparable to what I'm use to.

The trees are tall and thin.People clear them like weeds for their pools. You don't get fronts like bama. You have ZERO terrain roll.....and the drive time to something remotely different is horrendous.......
