I actually listened to ESPN radio on the way down to Laughlin yesterday and then 92.3 on the way back last night for some old school rock (Pink Floyd, GnR, AC/DC, Ozzy, etc).
That movie is an oldie but a goodie. The song was really just for fun, if you're not a big Michael McDonald fan its cool. I like listening to that song whenever I drive to LA with the gf

92.3 sounds like a good classic rock station. Have you listened to 97.1? Also 99.7 "The Highway" is good to listen to on road trips as well

It's so beautiful right now. Last night (8:00) I went to the gym and after I stood outside talking to a friend for 30 minutes. It felt like a summer evening up north, that perfect temperature that resides between hot and cold.

How's this for a coincidence: I was just flipping through the channels on TV just now and found that the movie had just started (@ 4:00) on EPIX.

We then stopped at the Hacienda just outside of Boulder City to check it out. (We even had a couple of 99 cent shrimp cocktails, lol.) On the way back, we drove up Boulder Highway and stopped off at Sam's Town to check out their Christmas decorations in Mystic Falls.

Today is going to be another beautiful day, so it will be another long drive in the convertible. We were going to head out to the Valley of Fire, but instead I think we'll drive down to Laughlin instead. We haven't been there in 25 years so I'm curious to see how its grown. But even more importantly, although Las Vegas will be warm with a projected high of 68, Laughlin will be a balmy 75!

Isn't living in Southern Nevada grand?

Congratulations! I am jealous. Maybe some day I will be as fortunate.

One of the many reasons me and my wife are dying to move to Vegas. We live in Reno, it's currently snowing like crazy outside and I can't imagine what the freeway looks like. I envy you

Just for the record it's kind of chilly today. Rainy and more humidity than usual. But... to me rain is kind of treat as we rarely get it. So still good. And no scrapers/snow shovels.

It's raining right now. And it's forecast for the weekend and early next week. Life is good.
