I found the driver's facebook page. Look at his cover photo. He was really drunk in it.

He was a train wreck waiting to happen. So sad since he would have had such a bright future. Alcohol ruined not only his life, but multiple others.

One of the overlooked factors in these DUI accidents, resulting in death, is the cost to the taxpayers. We're looking at $40-50k a year in incarceration rates, covering both indirect and direct costs. Send someone like this to prison for 10-20-30 years and get out your calculator!

Everytime I hear a police helicopter fly over my house, what am I thinking: How much is this arrest going to cost us taxpayers?

Anyone been reading about the random shootings along I-10 in Phoenix. But it's been established the shootings are not taking place during rush hour traffic! Thank God for that!

This is, obviously, a Lone Wolf doing this, the scariest criminals of all, as they fly under the radar screens of law enforcement agencies and give them migraine headaches!

It looks like, whoever is doing this, is using a high-powered rifle, .223 or higher caliber!

I wouldn't exactly classify a .223 as a high powered round...

There was another possible shooting in Phoenix this morning. Not in the heart of morning rush hour, but the roads are still pretty busy that time of day. That makes 11.

This is the second time I have heard of a serial sniper in Phoenix. I remember this years ago.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serial_Shooter

I hear it is very dangerous down there. Especially being so close to Mexico.

Yup. It is those Mexicans with the 200 mile rifles. And they can still hit a car on the freeway.

Given the continual crackdown on illegals in AZ, combined with the excessive brown baiting, and Trump's obsession with illegals, it wouldn't surprise me if it's some very angry Mexican doing it, given it's been happening more frequently in the west valley/Marysville, where a lot of Mexicans live. But I will still maintain it's the work of a Lone Wolf. A true Lone Wolf trusts nobody, even their wives, with their deepest secrets. Not the type who goes to a bar and say: Hey! guess what I did last night!

But, on the other hand, it could be any number of people angry with Joe Arpaio, toughest sheriff in America, it could even be some angry Muslim.

A big who-dunnit for sure!
