No, you don't have to be 21 to get a sherrifs card. I have a friend who got his before he was 21. A TAM card is another story. I plan to get mine after I finish with my Census gig.

I never took much notice of the speed limit, I was just keeping up with the traffic flow. All I know is, back then, I remember doing 110 in the fast lane,
and that wasn't fast enough for those trying to get past me with their faster Rover's.
