I have never had a margarita. What do they taste like? I do not drink much and actually did most of my drinking before turning 21. I know, I did it in reverse. lol

My Dad(deceased) was German, English and Irish. My Mom is Dutch, French and Cherokee. Interesting combination for all the kids. All 10 of them. My Dad was a heavy drinker and mean. All 4 of my brothers picked up the drinking gene from him. Only one had anger issues like him. The other 3 are happy drunks.

I HATE the El Cortez. Smells like a million year old decomposing mummy with cheap dime store perfume from that era.

I am irish and I will never quit drinking. People say the irish could rule the world if it were not for alcohol.

At epcot there was a fancy french resturant. we had escargot and dinner and 2 bottles of wine. Most of the wine I drank. I have never been so out of it. Lucky thing my son is able to pick me up.

You get them almost any fruit flavor nowadays. If you get one blended it's like a smoothie with wonderful wonderful tequila. Strawberry is pretty typical for fruit flavors, but I have seen mango or peach, or whatever. I prefer "original" or lime. YUM!!!

It's almost Cinco de Mayo! I will be having some margs that day. (I like to call them margs. )

Reminds me of something I posted on Facebook on St Pat's Day (my favorite holiday) It went something like "I am so sick of all of the Irish stereotypes! As soon as I finish this beer I am gonna punch someone!"

I also enjoy white wine. Lately my fave has been chablis. For some reason it seems so 1970's to drink chablis, but I like it! I do not like red wine, plus red gives me a headache every time.

The only thing I cannot drink is vodka. It makes me very angry and very sick. And gin makes me forget how to walk. LOL

My favorite alcohol drink is champagne. I even like the cheap stuff like Cook's. However, even Cook's is too expensive for my everyday drink which is Camo Black Ice. I really do have champagne tastes on a beer budget lol. I also like wine. I do not like shots of hard liquor. I can drink mixed drinks though.

I do like Gin and tonics, but I cannot drink vodka at all either. I especially hate Tequila. I find it disgusting.

I'm good as long as I follow the "beer before liquor never been sicker, beer after wine, yo dude, I'm fine" rule. It's when the shots start after drinking beer that I will be in trouble! I've gotta set some ground rules on my birthday...A big group of us are going out for Mexican food and margs, then to a bar to watch a cover band that I love. (They do a lot of Pretenders ) NO SHOTS at the end of the night. NONE.

The only champagne I've ever really liked was an almond champagne I had at a wine bar here in town. Delicious! Anything almond is yummy, though. I love amaretto. Mmmm!

Tequila makes me smile a lot. LOL It just makes me happy! If I do shots of it it HAS to be chilled (shaken over ice). The more expensive ones are really much better. I really like Patron.

I recently tried gin and cranberry juice. It was quite good, and is helpful in preventing a UTI at the same time!
