You may still get it tonight. They showed a flash flood warning in effect until 1a.m. I hope it does this again tomorrow.

It is bad that I am now being portrayed as some kind of monster. I never intentionally meant to hurt anyone. Pinkstring took something that was originally just a joke literally. I am seriously appalled anyone would take what someone says on a public forum into their personal life. I also never said anything about chasing Pinkstring out of the forum. Regardless, I think it is time for me to leave for a while until this all blows over.

Pink- I was at Aliante Station watching a movie so I missed the rain. When we came out about 30 min ago the roads were wet and I could smell the sweet clean smell of rain. Today was heaven!

Dont sweat it LVD. I dont know how anyone could have mistaken your post with the picture of the fat guy as being serious...but apparently some people did. Sarcasm and humor dont always translate well in the written word, and things are misinterpreted. This is a pretty cool forum with some pretty cool people, and I enjoy coming here and reading other peoples takes on Vegas. But at the end of the day it nothing but a dumb internet forum...who cares.

I actually drove south last night just to get closer to one of the storm cells. What a wonderful storm it was. Peak lightning strikes were around 42/min with a grand total of 4000+ strikes before it dissipated. I hope we see a few locally that I can enjoy from the backyard today.

Hopefully... The sky looks really clear right now, and the radar shows nothing, except what has passed us

Looking outside my window right now, there are some really cool stormy looking clouds to the west in Centennial Hills/Summerlin area. Looking to the east nothing but a few little puffy clouds. Looking to the north, some good clouds building up. So hopefully more rain this evening and maybe some flash flooding for some excitement around here.

I don't know if there's been any rain in the W Charleston and Buffalo area, but I've seen a good number of clouds pass. They just issued another severe thunderstorm warning on TV, so maybe we'll get something soon.

I spoke to my friend who's fostering Jackie, and he told me that he's moving to a one bedroom apartment, and he won't be able to watch her for me. I have until September 10th to find her a new foster home.

Could anyone please help us?
