According to this website there are about 900 families with income over 200k in the town. Assuming half are black that would be 450 families which should be plenty for OP.

This aligns almost perfectly with Randolph and home values are nearly identical at 335k.

Yet this is where the black elite/black professionals of the US call their homeland. That is THE county. And its homicide rate is higher than the city of Bostons... its just a different playing field for African Americans and I really don't think you're taking that into consideration, at least not enough.

To have a 200k median you need plenty of people that make 300-400k. That's a lot. That's like 2 MDs both working full time....or 2 cops

Weston is about 200k, not sure if it's exactly 200k but really really close. Wellesley is for the poor, or so I was told buy a guy living a Weston (apparently is some sort of recurring joke in Weston??). A black guy actually.

Well I guess it might be hard to find a place where it's the median. But certainly there are a lot of couples making that much. I mean a cop and a nurse will make that much combined and that's a fairly common couple. Or two cops, a cop and a firefighter etc. so I would certainly think that in this highly educated utopia where housing costs are out of control there must be plenty of highly paid VPs, execs and MDs getting married and making themselves even wealthier.
