Their listings are having price reductions/it appears like they'll be selling at a loss or barely breaking even now in 2023.
So out of the 50,000 homes that sold in the past few years, you guys cherry picked 4 or 5 that didn't work out and that's what everyone's worked up about?

That "only" cost us taxpayers $700 billion, and that doesn't even touch on the increased borrowing costs that came along with it. Our national debt is now at 123% of our GDP, glad you are enjoying it though.

My observation is that homes are selling for market rate to qualified buyers.

And what does that mean to you? Does this prevent you from putting food on the table? There's things that cost taxpayers far more than that. Who says I'm enjoying it?

Meanwhile it's not OK for others to post of examples where that does not appear to be the case?

The cost of living is too high in Boston and in many other places. Just because some people can afford it easily doesn't make it ok.

It affects all costs in some way or another. If you haven't been reading the news, this country just came very close to defaulting on its debt. But you don't seem to see any of this as a concern.

That's not something i do personally. Not sure what that has to do with anything? I do know people who make a profit off of flipping homes. People also sell drugs, guns and body parts for profit.
