I'm actually not in panic mode that my WFH situation will stop. I find it weird how many people here seem to be against WFH is all. It's sad really because it could actually help the traffic problems (on the roads and on the T) and the environment.

Yep very odd. Maybe they're the same person who knows. It's been said again and again that some people CAN'T work from home, we get that...but many people can. Why the nasty attitude towards them? Also lots of threats when no one here knows anyone else's situation.

There's plenty of people on this forum who deserve a hard time. I'm not one of them

Came across this house:

https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2...peSX5VwsLcLXN_

sold in oct 2020 for 665k (WFH was in full swing then for everyone)...3 years later listed at 900k. You all might say maybe it was someone who only bought the house because they could WFH...or it could be someone looking to cash in since that's a heck of a profit in 3 years if they get it. I feel bad for anyone looking to buy now.

665 to 900 is pretty common for 2020 to 2023.
