Not unless you have a unicorn employer that so called 'cares' about its employees and gives them annual salary adjustments to keep up w/the cost of living. Otherwise, you jump ship to a new company/position and try to negotiate at least a 20% increase from where your current salary is at. PS- also make sure the new employer allows WFH/hybrid remote too! lol

For most people 665k wasn't affordable in 2020.

Actually the opposite. Salaries rose the most on the low end. Flat on the high end.

Expect mortgage rates to go up with the Fed saying yesterday that it plans to keep short term rates higher for longer.

Wells Fargo's rate sheet shows that jumbos are back in favor. It's also the first time I've seen an ARM with an adjustable period less than one year.
