Wild Jerseys in North Stars Colors

Opinions on them? Better, or worse?
I’ve been lobbying for those jerseys for a while. They’re so awesome it would make me forget about having to watch the actual players for a year or two at least.

Minnesota Northern Pikes

Large carnivorous fish in most of the 10,000+ lakes in the state.

Keep the green uniform.

Done.

Never will it happen.

But we can dream.

Frankly, the North Stars were a not that great of a franchise. Great logo, great name, great colors, great players, great memories at the Met Center... But their teams were mediocre for their entire 26 year existence.

“Mediocre” team that made the NHL playoffs 17 times including the Stanley Cup finals twice, but you do you.

At least they went to 2 Cup finals and had a handful of world class players like Ciccarelli, Graham, Bellows, Broten and Modano. No Cup finals for the Wild and very little if any world class talent over 20 years of NHL hockey. They are pathetic just like their NBA counterparts in Minneapolis. I think Liepold and Taylor may actually be the same person wearing different masks.

MN " Northerns" with the "N" the old starv9ver it, and the fish as our maskot. Northern are actually pretty mean fish, and part of the Muskellunge family. Heck we could have even been the "Muskies" (after the fish) and that would have been better.

Muskies would be an awesome name. They eat Pike. I'm all in on that one.

The Minnesota Fighting Pike were an Arena Football League that played one season at Target Center in the 1990s before folding.

Note:
The singular and plural are both just pike.
